That is not CTM project. This one is hidden from MRR2. Very small piece of land only.

Sunway has purchased the land from CTM. Townhouses + condos. 650 psf, freehold land. To be launched in first half of 2022 and VP in 2026.

Just be aware that your access to EkoCheras Mall is wholly dependant on its opening hours if you use the MRT daily for work and social purposes. So once you need to go to the Tmn Mutiara MRT station outside those hours, the only other way is to use the residential road(s) to reach it and going back home.

Lavile near AEON Maluri is a somewhat close example, but the advantage is that there's a connecting walkway to the latter. But the scenario above still applies.

Looks like the owner of the neighbouring land has just submitted some sort of updated development application to DBKL on 3 May. [1]

Its a mega development dubbed Viva Impian Cheras by Viva Impian S/B with 10 buildings and was first shared in 2015 on another forum. [2] Looks like the developer has since scaled down the proposed development (in terms of units per tower).

Originally proposed to be 1 mall, 6 residential towers (4,752 units), 2 office towers (59 storeys each) and 1 hotel (1,120 rooms)
to
1 mall (reduced size), 7 residential towers (4,060 units), 1 office towers (59 storey) and 1 hotel (1,120 rooms).

Note that the owner of Viva Impian S/B was also the same person who illegally built a structure on Government-owned land in Medan Imbi in 2019. [3]
