Seputeh is quieter i guess? Skyline is too high dense and for rental wise is too competitive? Any other suggestions? really headache. Because i will be switching job like every 2-3 years, wondering is it appropriate to fix and settle at a location now.

Why don’t consider projects in Taman Desa?

There is few projects complete soon, The Address, Hipster etc.

As I think Taman Desa quite strategic for u and ur bf to go work.

Taman desa resale price should be good as those new projects almost 100% sold.

True also.

I just went to parc3, design quite good, quality of build also quite good too, and surprisingly their contractors are quite efficient when deal with defects.
