Humor i hear, the developer was paste the DBKL approval construction plan / blue print at sale gallery to show to investor :v but not sure its written into SNP or not. If not, then purchaser cant complaint much if its not do.

Cyberjaya project have a court case, developer failed to delivery masterplan development (something like shopping mall). In the end developer need to compensation each unit like 20k - 40k.

But I think even with this compensation developer still saved a lot money instead of building the mall.

Samed developer may compensation each unit an amount, but overall still saved the cost of construction. But it make a project from tier A became B or C without the promised feature.

Good luck investor and hope the insider news is fake.
