I tested the track and was able to clock 1.52 as well, but be remind that this is offline time, online time will be a lot slower for reason I was not able to explain <---- software wise. The setup aren't the same even though my offline settings are sync to server settings.
I couldnt log in the server today(bad password eventhough I havent key in anything), maybe tonight I will do some runs for tomorrow race. This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 5 2007, 05:04 PM |

My post race press conference:
The start was too much of a wheelspin, I couldnt do nothing to defend my lead since I was too late to shut the door on my left. Madnoren passed me on the inside. But he was unlucky shortly after that incident with Maranello. After that I was looking out for my tyres. I played the waiting game and hoped for Sabelt tyres to worn out. I manage to kept him behind until the end of the race after some few dramas with him. But Madnoren was quick and I knew at some point after the first pitstop that he was going to overtake me. But overall the car is quite okay but too much understeer hence the reason I was using all the kerbs available to gain momentum unlike others. I had to use different racing lines particularly on the last turn. All in all a great race, I will continue to develop better understanding of the car for the next race. // Maranello, the pole was a suprised even to me, It came out from nowhere, the car was just suddenly good particulary at sector two. Anyway if it wasn't for your DNF, it will be one hell of a battle out there. Sometimes you have to accept fate, I suffer it at Laguna and Madnoren has his share at Sepang. |

Yup true Manual clutch is the way man. You can modulate the traction better. I was too tense on the start hence the mistake. I'm screaming for the tyres to stop spinning, press the clutch a bit but too late already. Next time I will do a schumi, start the car a lil' skewed to one direction and slams the door on Madnoren

Which F3 mod are guys talking about here?
Raiikonen here, ![]() ![]() ![]() Paste this into your user data and change Steering Wheel Range="580" // Degrees of rotation of in-game steering wheel to 270 for momo. If you lazy to modify the according to screen just copy and rename the PLR, all the settings will be done automatically for you. Good luck. Tried the new mod, but honestly the modeling is still far from desirable. But the car is fun to drive. Oh btw, dont let me start to comment on the skin. Maranello, have the feeling this track is punishing on tyres, am I right? In order to be fast you need to push and slam the car through the kerbs. Hopefully your setup can get me somewhere. Is the server up for testing already? This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 12 2007, 03:54 PM |

QUOTE(maranello55 @ May 13 2007, 02:40 AM) Look at it again, we have only 10+ approximate competitors that turn up. So if you are fast, in no time you are in position to challenge for the win. Plus Adelaide has several long straights which allow for many opportunities for overtaking. |

LOL my PC hang at the start of the race. I'm so lucky that I don't spend hours training otherwise I'm going to be one hell frustrated guy here.
It happen quite a few times already now. Hmmm This hang thing started after I install this spotter plugin. After this I will run rfactor barenaked with no plugin, few of my fav mods and that's it. This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 13 2007, 11:05 PM |

I've long been discussing this with friends online and offline alike, I done research on this and it's obvious that the leading car has right to change lane only once. The car behind has obligation to watch for the front car since he has more views of the situation. The behind car should not attempt to brake into his same braking point since the front car was on the defense or using unusual lines. In other words the front car needed to brake way earlier than usual. The common problem is that "constantino" effect or shockwave will happen when following car predicts the front car is capable of taking the usual braking time. So following car please beware and leading car please give some room for the following car provided he manage to slot in just besides you.
Hitting people at the back to me is a no no. From side depends on the circumstances. A touch is okay no problem. But slamming the car to the kerb from apex thinking he has the right to the corner when a car is cruising besides is also a no no. Oh, the incident regarding izznata and xxbestxx is a perfect show of racing accident. It's like what happen to Alonso and Massa. To me no need any punishment. But based on the replay, xxbestxx you had the car still in one piece and not continuing the race is not the right attitude. We don't do that in MSR. Furthermore simracing is not a game, it's a real deal where proffesional attitude must come into play. I'm dissapointed when I know you put a WTF on the chat board on the race day. Please we want mature racers. We will help you but first respect must be shown. This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 14 2007, 04:22 PM |

QUOTE(ryugan @ May 14 2007, 04:16 PM) that one is one movement blocking not 'entire' line i cover (@ 1st corner). I've seen the vids and I have to say Sabelt was in too much of a hurry. But lesson learnt and we keep on moving. We make mistakes sometime, I did before but as long as we try to be careful next time, it's okay.n that gives space to redline oso. for me weaving left n right, after the attacking car overtook 'half/less' of ur car (side by side) (below 0.050 - 0.100 sec) ..while blocking da attacking car still @ behind of defending car. u can see how kimi defend himself. But Sabelt, b4 you say anything i will have to look at the incident 2nd time because I just catch a glimpse at the incident. I need Madnoren to comment for second opinion since he was victimised yet again here. We don't want to penalize or point finger at anyone here, we just want to establish a perfect rules and regulations on maneuvering. This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 14 2007, 04:43 PM |

QUOTE(Redline @ May 14 2007, 05:24 PM) lol Okay boss. another lol triple lol Adelaide practise at daytime ka?, will check it tonight. I deleted the FSR rules already, can someone check, i think its stated weaving not allowed, change the direction one time only, Raikkonen & PCcrazy plz check, thx. We want to strenghten the rules. Weaving one time will still be in the rule, otherwise there is no defensive driving. No defensive driving is equal to boringggggggggggg. Because one characteristics of a great race is to be in a dogfight with another driver. But for one long straight we will allow one maneuver and that's it, stay there unless the driver following have no desire to overtake or too far then only you can move back to racing line. |

QUOTE(maranello55 @ May 14 2007, 06:43 PM) Senna blocked one time, and move again to take the next corner...he couldnt take the same line or else he'll never make the corner.... and the following car understands that...they knew they didnt have to do it on that particular corner...they can do it on the straight...both hill and schumi did that. I enjoy the chance I had so far fighting with you since I knew very well what will you do. If youre the defending driver, u got to think like the attacker at the same time. Like wise if ure attacking. Madnoren,? Hmm he leave me with dust all over my car. Others? Didn't have that much of a chance. So far for all the race I had, I'm the defender. As for Senna, if you guys look carefully, he is weaving once. But diagonally at the straights. Not a good move but not really that bad. At least he doesn't push the following cars on the grass. edited: AGAIN RECLARIFICATION DEFENITION OF WEAVING = A car move left and right at the straights. The word weave clearly means that. We maneuver not weave. weaving not equal to maneuver, so sorry for my mistake This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 14 2007, 07:04 PM |

QUOTE(ryugan @ May 14 2007, 09:47 PM) No NO No, it's all Madnoren's and his evil admin gangs fault. He created this league in the first place. If it wasn't because of him we will still be happy every Sunday lepaking at Mamak Stall cursing our politicians. This post has been edited by PCcrazy: May 14 2007, 10:00 PM |
