help, my rfactor are not working. When i click to launch it, the Rfactor logo appear in the middle of screen and then off.. nothing happen. anyone know what is the problem?

I am playing the Open Wheel Season with the RFactor trainer car and for the first race of the season at Mills, my car always suffer brake problem with 1 lap to go. I have tried restart the race or restart the season all together but it still always happen!
What did i do wrong?
I am racing 9 laps race.

Hmm..sounds like u need to increase the size of the brake duct and probably reducing the brake pressure abit. Coz both of these can lead to brake disc wear. But strange if it could happen in just 9 laps?

i think is a bug. i can do test runs for 30 over laps with the same car, same setup and on the same track but there would be no problem at all. As soon as i enter a race, my car will suffer mechanical failure!!

Btw, anyone using the RealFeel FFB plugin with Logitech Momo? whats the setting u guys use??

Oic....perhaps u can check the race settings, especially the damage, if its time scaled or wuteva.....and damage multiplier maybe....Or u can just report to ISI if u think its a bug....

Ive started using RealFeel and was playing wit it...so far it stands up to what it claims. I can feel the tyres more at low speed and more feedback during braking especially. Although i run different strength for different car, in my case a megane and an open wheel....

yes i have checked it but still the same thing happened. anyway i have decided to set damage to NONE so that i can finish a race!
I have been playing with the realfeel plugin as well and it is so much better than the original FFB, however, as you said, we need to tweak the setting for each type of car.
I will post my setting later.
This game really grows on me. I think i have completed nearly 500 laps of Mills short version on various style of cars.

Well...we have just finished a V8 Supercars season. Very hard to drive at first but when u got a hang of it, u'll be addicted.

We are doing a test race for a new Megane Trophy season this Friday nite.

Come join us ! Megane is also in the Rfactorcentral hall of fame for car mods beside the V8 Supercars mod.

yes u are right! V8 hard is quite a car to handle. It just has soooooooo much power, and u have to really control the gas or you will be spinning all over the place.
I have tried to Mugene, it is fun to drive.
My personal favourite is still the open wheeler, especially the Gp79 cars, wat a good driving feeling!
Btw, how do i join the malaysian server for race or testing session?

current the malaysian simracer server is broke down but now mara is host the server. try pm him for detail...

Currently the dedicated server is down due to a hardware problem. But i will host it for a megane test race tomorrow night with practice time starting at 9.30....

Then next week we are doing a test race for the rF3...then the following week is the start of the second season!
