Some ppl here managed to pay for DBKL assessment via UOB Payonline, I don't know how they did it.
For my case, I tried many times also no luck. Chase UOB support also no use, they pandai taiji you and take you to Holland.

Fear not, we have another option which is to pay via MYEG.

Used uobpayonline to pay for JB cukai pintu using old account number.
Only found out MBJB using new account number when I went to check if the payment has been reflected in MBJB's system.

However, the system still captured the payment using old account number. May be same situation for DBKL?
UOB CS gave wrong info.

I am going to use UOB Payonline to DBKL cukai taksiran, can i double confirm that You manage to use UOB Payonline to pay for DBKL cukai taksiran with your new account number (No. Akaun, 9 digit) instead of the Old account number (No. Akaun Legasi, 11 digit)?

for pbb, my supp has no online banking..just hardcopy statement

You could not register your supp card for online banking. If you wish want to view it online for your supp card, you need to do as the branch told, i.e. to deposit RM250 into savings account. You can use RM230 from that savings account to make payment to your credit card, thereby maintaining a minimum RM20 in the savings account. I have done that for 1 of my supp card and not going to do that for my other supp card.

If you link the supp card to your principal online account, you will not enjoy the RM50 separately for principal and supplementary.

Is your supp card holder got FD or any business with PBB?

Can you share which branch you did the PBe for your supp card?

btw, anyone has any experience of applying supplementary card for a person who is not a relative to you (boyfriend or girlfriend) and the application is successful?

I am a Pbb VS holder for 2 years without late payments, but due to my spending behavior i was rejected on Pbb Islamic Platinum CC, 3 times.
Besodes that, it might be due to exceed DSR as well. I get the same fate from various banks including Citi, CIMB, Ambank.
Strange thing is that AEON & Maybank keep on approve all my CC application.
