If Yes, what is your account number format entered in UOB Payonline?
I've asked UOB support about it, and they said it is 8digit+1digit format, e.g. 1053xxxx0

BTW, I've tried to pay cukai taksiran via MYEG but received stupid error message "Sorry, we are unable to proceed your transaction as our system allows only Malaysia and Singapore issued credit cards."
I got this error message since 2015, until now both MYEG and PBB tai-ji me that it happened "intermittently".

End up every time I paid cukiat via MYEG with different credit cards.
It's really not easy to earn CB

Seriously, u got CB even d last trans was on weekend. So safe to swipe all 8 by today, Tuesday.

I think some error at MYEG, when come to payment page, there are 3 options :-

1. credit card RHB3D
2. credit card
3. credit card HLB

first, i choose 2, same error as yours
second, i choose 3, same error
third, i choose 1, no problem, received OTP and paid !

2 & 3 got pop up window and 1 don't have

For my case, I tried many times on "2. credit card" only, coz I thought option 1 & 3 are for RHB and HLB credit card, respectively.

Spend RM500 within 60 days from approval date of card.
Does the spending only taken into account after successful registration of the SMS or any spending accumulated within 60days from the approval date?

Say approval date 1 June 2016.
I register SMS 25th July 2016.

So accumulated spending from 25th July to 30th July or 1st June to 30th July?

I read T&C #12 but it kind of conflicts with #11 ... so confused ...

i'd say t&c #12 is proper criteria. #11 is just simply saying "sms then swipe" cuz that's what you usually do for every new promo 

try double-confirm with CS, see if they have other interpretation on the qualification sequences.

It's not conflicting.

#11 = You have to spend RM500 within 60 days
#12 = Only those that have send the SMS and spend the money qualifies.
Clause #9 might be used against those whom have spent the money then only register: The  Bank
reserves the  absolute discretion to disqualify  any  registration due to duplicate entries, incomplete/ inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due  to  network  failure  and/  or  interruption  experienced  by  a  Telco  Operator  or  for  any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.

But, they never explicitly said you have to one first before the other, though it is structured to look like that.
