I didnt make any payment this month for MaxisPay... my last transaction was done on 9 Jan..

MGM's concern is that "someone mentioned maxispay transaction recorded as yesterday due to us-based CYBERSOURCE payment gateway?"

if u follow the discussion earlier, i already paid using maxispay this morning at 7am+. called PBB CS, verified the transaction captured as today's date 6-Feb, 7:11am.

now, MGM said "the payment page looked diff.", so my question was which part of the page is different as the payment automatically trigger PBB's OTP page. if you cc detail is stored in maxispay, there is no intermediate page for you to key-in.

update: i guess the page in question is the one below. this is assuming you are paying manually by entering cc detail.

Hi all... i bought something from Malaysia online store and paid via PayPal.... bought around Monday, 2am in the morning so there is risk it will be counted as Sunday transaction even though the currency is in MYR and not USD?
*
it's not the currency matter, it's where the payment portal resides (timezone) vs local timezone.

since paypal resides in California, US..... your transaction is likely falls on Sunday.

In regards to PB... it's currency based rather than Portal (as the Paypal portal is based in Singapore, I believe)

no idea how paypay route their payment gateway. if it's really routed to SG, then we're safe.

well, i wont go waste money test water biggrin.gif play safe better.

i make payment to Maxis via Maxis portal, at 12.05AM on 6/2/2017. I can see the unbilled transactions below in my PBE card, tx date was recorded as 6/2.
07 FEB 06 FEB MAXIS PAY - WEB PETALING JAYA MY 51.15 DR

interesting that maxispay posting is +1 day. i never encounter this fast posting, usually +2 days.

most likely maxis process posting in batch, there could be a cutoff time hmm.gif your transaction was 1205am, mine was 7:11am on 6/2/2017. sweat.gif

if u use uob payonline to pay 3 bills (Unifi, TNB and SYABAS), it will required 3 payment which are 3 OTP.

if u ever read properly, there were 3 otp. but ppb blocked the 3rd payment to go thru because pbb detected multiple otp trigger in very short period of time.

Had the same experience when I try to pay 3 bills (Unifi, TNB and SYABAS) at one go using UOB PayOnline -- 3 OTPs received one after another. Everything seemed fine (I have not check my email yet at this point) so I proceed to pay Astro bill (via astro.com.my) but transaction was not successful, twice.

So I called up PBB VS CS and was told the card was blocked due to "too many transactions within a timeframe." Was told that the system will automatically block on the 3rd transaction when I was paying via UOB PayOnline (my SYABAS payment was not succesful). When I asked what is the timeframe, he couldn't answer me but instead advise to pay the bill one at a time. He proceeded to unblock the card and my next transaction was successful.

I did not have this problem when I was paying the same 3 bills last month. I guess have to forego the convenience of paying all the bills in one go for now.

QUOTE(sms2u @ Feb 8 2017, 10:42 AM)
from where u can see i no read properly?

i telling him/her that even choose 3 bill to pay together in same page. But uob payonline will treat as 3 payment and 3 otp required.
*
really faint ...

3 bills, 3 OTPs, 3 payments, 3rd payment rejected by PBB.

could be uobpayonline's issue.
this morning around 7am+, i've paid 9 bill payments:

1x astro @ astro portal (principal card)
1x maxis @ maxispay (principal card)
2x umobile @ umobile portal (principal card)
4x webe digital @ webe portal (supp card #1)
1x unifi @ mytm portal (supp card #2)

all total RM1,000.00.
occasionally, i will get SMS alert for multiple transactions in short period: "RM0.00 Multiple usage on your card ending xxxx, latest @ <merchant name> RMxx.xx FEB06 07:25am. Pls call Public Bank if you didn't use it"

I dont get this reminder if i delay a bit, cuz i need to login to each self care portal to pay  laugh.gif
after reading your post, i quickly call PBB CS to verify all transactions + amount are recorded in each card. so far, no issue, all captured in their system.
didnt notice any odd behavior just now, but i didnt observe where it redirected to.

email info after payment:

PBB have credited another RM15 for my Week 12 CB. So in total, it was RM25 for RM500 spending.

CB for Week 13 is in already as well.  rclxms.gif

My week 13 spending was Shopee & UOB Payonline for TM Unifi.

what was the reason for the missed cb? which exact bill payment was causing?

They didnt give a reason, they just replied "we have credited another RM15 into your principal account"

I suspect it must have been the uob payonline because i realised that those 3 transactions were not in my uob payonline payment history and i didnt get the email notification from uob payonline on those 3 payments.
*
strange.

the 3 uobpayonline transactions recorded in pbb vs acount? or totally not recorded?

if recorded by pbb, probably the transactions went thru, but pbb cant determine the source of the transaction, so it was deemed ineligible

How do I get the approval code for flexipay? Says on their page that I can SMS in.

Or do I actually need to call them first to get the approval code?

Thanks.

QUOTE(putra23 @ Feb 11 2017, 05:08 PM)
Approval code stated on transaction slip. Required for SMS request.
You can try calling in or email too. I've tried all three modes and all approved.
*
thx for the info on the approval code. didnt know got such thing for sms flexipay application. thumbup.gif

i have 5 flexipay running concurrently. this feature is extremely useful particularly when you purhcase large sum at a particular merchant and to manage cashflow. in my case, i had my kitchen cabinet 1x, curtain 1x, electrical appliances 3x portions as i purchased them for staggered delivery.

request is very fast. call in, verify your details, tell them which particular transaction+amount, ask for flexipay 9-mth 0%, the moment you put down your phone you will receive SMS that flexipay has been triggered.

i bougt at shopee and is included in promotion.

MarkJS in shopee hasy good discount, telekom bills  get 2% discount,
bill RM200 i paid only RM196. very fast seller.
TNB also same if pay at TNB portal not entitled for promotion, better pay at shopee
*
Nikmon was asking about 6% cashback which is the monthly cb, not the promo cb of 5%.

markjs got new discount for Telekom? not bad! smile.gif

I did an RM10 Shopee transaction at 8.30am for testing purposes. After reading these posts, I called CS and they said its currently unposted, but the date on the system is 6 Feb. I then asked if it possible that the system will backdate it to 5 Feb upon posting...CS said no. Will just have to see if this is true.
