I didnt make any payment this month for MaxisPay... my last transaction was done on 9 Jan..

Hi all... i bought something from Malaysia online store and paid via PayPal.... bought around Monday, 2am in the morning so there is risk it will be counted as Sunday transaction even though the currency is in MYR and not USD?

In regards to PB... it's currency based rather than Portal (as the Paypal portal is based in Singapore, I believe)

OT: Paypal gateway depends on the business' country of origin during they registered with Paypal. All Malaysian businesses fall under Singapore. Oversea businesses fall under their respective country/region.

i make payment to Maxis via Maxis portal, at 12.05AM on 6/2/2017. I can see the unbilled transactions below in my PBE card, tx date was recorded as 6/2.

if u use uob payonline to pay 3 bills (Unifi, TNB and SYABAS), it will required 3 payment which are 3 OTP.

Had the same experience when I try to pay 3 bills (Unifi, TNB and SYABAS) at one go using UOB PayOnline -- 3 OTPs received one after another. Everything seemed fine (I have not check my email yet at this point) so I proceed to pay Astro bill (via astro.com.my) but transaction was not successful, twice.

So I called up PBB VS CS and was told the card was blocked due to "too many transactions within a timeframe." Was told that the system will automatically block on the 3rd transaction when I was paying via UOB PayOnline (my SYABAS payment was not succesful). When I asked what is the timeframe, he couldn't answer me but instead advise to pay the bill one at a time. He proceeded to unblock the card and my next transaction was successful.

I did not have this problem when I was paying the same 3 bills last month. I guess have to forego the convenience of paying all the bills in one go for now.

i telling him/her that even choose 3 bill to pay together in same page. But uob payonline will treat as 3 payment and 3 otp required.

could be uobpayonline's issue.
this morning around 7am+, i've paid 9 bill payments:

1x astro @ astro portal (principal card)
1x maxis @ maxispay (principal card)
2x umobile @ umobile portal (principal card)
4x webe digital @ webe portal (supp card #1)
1x unifi @ mytm portal (supp card #2)

all total RM1,000.00.
occasionally, i will get SMS alert for multiple transactions in short period: "RM0.00 Multiple usage on your card ending xxxx, latest @ <merchant name> RMxx.xx FEB06 07:25am. Pls call Public Bank if you didn't use it"

I dont get this reminder if i delay a bit, cuz i need to login to each self care portal to pay 
after reading your post, i quickly call PBB CS to verify all transactions + amount are recorded in each card. so far, no issue, all captured in their system.
didnt notice any odd behavior just now, but i didnt observe where it redirected to.

recorded time is 6 Feb, 7:11am today.

PBB have credited another RM15 for my Week 12 CB. So in total, it was RM25 for RM500 spending.

CB for Week 13 is in already as well. 

My week 13 spending was Shopee & UOB Payonline for TM Unifi.

TNB bill payment thru UOB payonline is not considered for 1 Million Cash Back?

They didnt give a reason, they just replied "we have credited another RM15 into your principal account"

I suspect it must have been the uob payonline because i realised that those 3 transactions were not in my uob payonline payment history and i didnt get the email notification from uob payonline on those 3 payments.

When did week 13 cb come in?

How do I get the approval code for flexipay? Says on their page that I can SMS in.

Or do I actually need to call them first to get the approval code?

Approval code stated on transaction slip. Required for SMS request.
You can try calling in or email too. I've tried all three modes and all approved.

Have you tried flexipay on large items purchased on say Lazada/Gemfive? 9-mth 0% is pretty useful.

if pay tenaga through Maybank2U by using this card, does it entitle to the 6% rebate?

Want to know the date because I can't seem to see it in my  transaction history. Because I made purchases which allows the weekly cashback promo.

Maybe bone was thinking paying tnb thru m2u might qualify for d 1 million CB promo on top of d 6% std CB?

why not pay via shopee sure accepted  for promotion cashback.

i bougt at shopee and is included in promotion.

MarkJS in shopee hasy good discount, telekom bills  get 2% discount,
bill RM200 i paid only RM196. very fast seller.
TNB also same if pay at TNB portal not entitled for promotion, better pay at shopee

I did an RM10 Shopee transaction at 8.30am for testing purposes. After reading these posts, I called CS and they said its currently unposted, but the date on the system is 6 Feb. I then asked if it possible that the system will backdate it to 5 Feb upon posting...CS said no. Will just have to see if this is true.

Just check, both my Shopee transactions at 9:05am and 11:35am was posted correctly as 6 Feb too..

My shopee transaction on 6th 0830 correctly billed in pbe.

Edit: maxispay via web on 23Jan 0730, also correctly billed. I hv never saved my cc with maxis. I don't remember the screens tho.

What's the time in Shopee that qualify for CB promotion? After Monday 4pm Malaysia local time?
