Maybe you can explain 'split' transaction?

I have 8 receipts like this with diff invoice number, approval code, date/time. The only giveaway would be the date/time too close to each other, within a minute.

I got 8 gift cards of rm50. I hope this clarifies.

If this is not the way to buy gift cards to get promo cb, hope someone would share.

Edit: I have 8 credit card receipts as well. There are 8 transactions in my pbb statement.

Just notice that my shopee transaction on 27 March being recorded as 26 March 2017.. there goes my RM50.. 

I did it at 7+am, b4 8am, 4 shopee transaction, 4 for others. I usually do it afternoon, but that day I know I will be busy, so I settle it in the morning before start work.. as I keep thinking it is Singapore merchant and should be same as MY time.

Called CS today. They said that 10% promo cashback still hasn't been paid out.

However, when they checked MY account, they also said that I haven't registered by SMS. I was so mad, because I registered TWICE... 3 Jan and 15 Mar, and kept both SMSes as proof.

I frankly think they have problems with the campaign, hence unable to pay out until now. Its already more than 8 weeks, whereas their TNC says 4 - 6 weeks, and PBB payout is usually very fast. Quite disastrous!

I suggest you call to check whether your registration has been captured. If not, you can send your SMS screenshots via e-mail and complain / appeal.

Mine was submitted a day later... let's see if I get the SMS approval too tomorrow or day after or day after tomorrow,...etc

i suspect my case was due to registration error, hence all my transactions were not captured.

i've reregistered again thereafter, and will join the promo this month

Is it confirm AIA no longer able to pay online via credit card? If yes, how u guys make payment via credit card now?

I called and they say they've never received my application even though I applied from branch at PJ New Town, should I re-apply?

for those who want to add their quantum cards to their pbebank, can just copy the card numbers from pbebank, walk into branch, fill up form and ask them to add it for you.
