Just a preseason game, against a Championship side that are also using it as a training exercise.
Main things: 1) No injuries, players get a chance to run out and improve fitness 2) JM gets to look at the squad and how they handle instructions |

purpose of pre-season is to establish match sharpness as well as allowing mou to establish squad chemistry. it's a good one since bailly and mkhithryan seemed to have gelled well into the team.

How the heck did we miss out on Kante if he's willing to forgo UCL football with no European football at all?? How??? And he was available for just £32m!! Surely we needed him more looking at our current lineups of DM?
