Well to be honest, if u raid non stop like the way me n my guildies did, ur prolly burned out in 3 months tops...

i work 5 days a week, and i raid full time on thursday nite - 8pm -10 pm or so.
Friday 8pm till bout midnite, saturday afternoon, 2pm to bout 7 pm...and sunday 5pm to bout midnite also.....

This was my schedule weekly....and i have an attendance of 95% for raids...couple that with my 1 1/2 years of raiding = NO LIFE. period.

If you raid like that on even more, it's going to be a work and not pleasure no more.So when BC came out, i took the opportunity since i had to spend more money to get BC, to not play anymore.I like raiding...but if it cost me so much of my money to raid, i guess having more commitments in life isnt helping this hobby of mine.

cheers...

I used to raid 6 days a week from 8pm to midnight and at times extended up to 1pm. I feel burned out after a 11 months.

Conference producer for a UK company. If anyone knows what that means anyway... damn stressful job but then probably the highest pay I can find with my qualification (except maybe sales job but I hate doing sales, no offence to salespeople out there, I salute yous!)

Well, I was raiding practically everyday from 8am - 1pm (maybe 2 days off every month?) for about 5 months++. Still going strong until the guild became the top 5 Horde guild on the server and drama started to happen. Then people shout on vent and all sorts of crap happened. Then got my boyfriend to play and I rerolled in another server. Didn't realise that I was missing out on all the "fun" factor of the game until I rerolled with my boyfriend. Now I'm taking it easy and enjoying it whistling.gif

Yep yep it got very exhausting but I still sometimes wake up at 6am to help farm stuff or make flasks in scholo before the raid. I was working full time as a lecturer and quite embarassing to say, sometimes I'm late for class because of raid. Luckily that time I was separated from my boyfriend physically or I can't imagine what it would have done to our relationship.

I had a guildie who quit WoW on January this year because he failed ALL his uni papers due (mostly) to WoW. But I told him not to blame WoW but blame his own lack of self discipline nod.gif
