Not all cards have and unfortunately CIMB is one of them. It happens when the payment gateway is in overseas and the foreign currency is converted into MYR before you pay. I know Agoda is one of them and even Grab or/and Uber as well.

Hi just wondering, is using my cimb credit rebate card on airasia/expedia worthed as I know there is a RM16 charges if I pay using credit card. How much credit rebate will I be able to get from there?
*
You can try to purchase ticket from troveloka with no credit card charges but someone mentioned before it somehow doesn't give 5% cash back but at least you can save the RM 16.

Eh, I just now checked my statement online, it shows 2 cards, CASH REBATE GOLD MC and CASH REBATE PLATINUM MC. I am currently using the Gold one so I assume they are upgrading it to Platinum for me but I haven't actually got the card yet. However, all my current transaction goes under this Platinum card. What should I do? Call them and ask why I still haven't go the card yet?
*
Yes, of course. Is the card no. the same? I doubt so.

Managed to get CIMB CS, picked up instantly this time. For Enrich Plat Golden Lounge vouchers, they will be sent out 6 weeks after card's approval. My card was approved on 28th Oct, so I shall expect around mid of Dec.

FYI. mr.thinkpad, drew86, kaiserreich I know you guys are having this card as well. smile.gif

Curious how long the voucher will last.

LOL, second to this.

But one have to hold a MAS boarding pass + golden lounge voucher to get into the GL.  This one really... grrr...
Anyway, what the heck is KLIA international regional and domestic? puke.gif

Present your original Golden Lounge voucher together with your Malaysia Airlines boarding pass at any Golden Lounge operated by Malaysia Airlines and you’ll be pampered with true Malaysian Hospitality .
Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounges  are located at:
KLIA International
KLIA Regional
KLIA Domestic
London
Melbourne
Penang
Kota Kinabalu
Kuching

Somehow MAS is cheaper than AA most of the time as I book 1-2 weeks before I travel (applies to my business trips). So I travel more with MAS these days.
