I remember someone in StandChart Thread was asking about whether JOMPAY payment fro PTPTN via CIMB Cash Rebate CC is entitled for 5% cash rebate.

I just "Excel" my last month transaction and confirmed only 0.2%  Cash Rebate for JOMPAY Payment for PTPTN. Same as other JOMPAY Transaction.

anyone got such issue before? you had a CIMB card like 10 years ago...then you go do CCRIS or CTOS check and suddenly realized the card you cancelled long time ago...still got a few ringgit due....

how do you guys pay? i tried to call customer service and was requested to call another number but that number no one ever pick up today... will continue to try but just wondering how to settle such outstanding amount... totally lost the card number history etc already....

my 3 months old CIMB CR received fraud.

my first fraud case after 3 years of using CC. 

when CIMB called me i saw the CIMB SecureCode show up in my phone as well, someone is trying to use my card and request SecureCode.
After CIMB confirmed that I did not do any online transaction they immediately block the card and will issue a replacement card.

Luckily no amount has been charged 
too bad this happen just before 1111 sales, I will not able to get the card before 11 Nov

For china. I usually bought from taobao.

Heard Taobao delivery to Malaysia takes a few weeks. Your China friends delivery destination to China or Malaysia? Unless things are very much cheaper in Taobao it is not worth it if support n warranty claim are difficult.

Have you check your CCRIS report? Usually bankers not recommend their client to hold many CC at 1 go.

Not in my case though. Never received such sms. Suddenly appeared in cimbclicks last 2 weeks and mail dropped on last friday.

For the Enrich Plat, I mean. There was no call from CIMB to verify or anything after the initial SMS.

I pay through agoda, and the credit cash back platinum card inured another 0.79-0.80 % called as merchant charge from great britain if not mistaken. Called to cimb and the cs told me this.

And purchased through huawei also via the international merchant -- huaweitech bla bla,,pay through paypal,,,charge 0.79-0.8 % also.

actually what is the local and oversea merchant??
Anyone know how it works?
