i feel the same way too that the game is lacking after reaching r7 in my chrono, being a c3...and content cap is almost within reach, the game feels empty in general

for some dps, they may still have a goal to buy the best dps eq and farm silver but for me, i feel like most of the things have been done and nothing else to do in the game for now...if you play mmo for the character and story development, i think tos lacks this at this point in time, only doing missions and dungeon runs for now

virtov eq can be collected though, would be cool to get it, but not necessarily needed for now i think

And its not 30%, by then would be 50%. Now I feel already 30% is gone.

I did some searching, I not 100% sure but some said the penalty on dead is not 5%, on 4 star map is only 100k no matter how much silver you having.

I was refering to the "Storage" Map in particular, I definitely lose more than 100k per death. Not gonna try testing it lol unless someone wanna give me 100 talts to test.

well this game tops out once your 280 and doing et.

which by the way i recommend you not have much silver on hand since you will be dying a lot so losing a lot of silver... to be honest i think they ought to change that silver penalty especially for ET where death is most likely....


i'm still having fun with cataphract.... but i can understand why you feel the game is pretty much maxed out for you.... quests for example finish around lv230.... so beyond that it's only just leveling up to 280 doing grinding, and doing ET (if you can get a group...) and just doing wb, and dun rush for gear. but once you got gear then what ? >_>;

Until the point where you HATED other people within the same map with you. Rarely other mmo giving me this kind of feeling until Tos gave me the horrible spawn. biggrin.gif

I think repeating the same quests on alt chars is also a pain....then you must be a token user to share storage and it costs 200k silver for 1 slot bangwall.gif

Cmon, even on single player games when I play new game+ i get everythinggg - this game is a test of hardcore level.

there's storage collection, easiest one is in orsha

just beware dont keep item in team storage when token near expire date, you can open team storage when no token

Nah, its a test of people patient. Right now, they take away free world chat, take away silver storage, and use rng for boss drop. In the future, mmo will charge you for equipping weapon and armor, charge you for distributing stat and charge you just for the ability to afk for the sake of hardcoreness. biggrin.gif

one reason why most games i rarely make 2nd char, is also because of doing over quests i already done.... but you have to think of it in the way as a exp leveling method... to get exp cards.....

token isn't that expensive if you buy from market. 500-900k silver is possibly to farm. i'm a f2p user and this is what i do. you only need access to token for

- team storage to transfer between chars you own when needed
- exp buff
- more slots for trading on market (this is quite important for making silver... i can't stress this enough)

urrgghh.. so even I am contemplating to continue.. sorta losing interest...this is coming from a guy who can split screen farming + anime on RO like a zombie. The progression on this game is pretty stagnant.
