Windows 10 can not boot, How to reinstall windows

My laptop Windows 10 can't boot at all.
I tried to reset this pic and trying to do a clean install. I'm getting error. The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again. Please help. I have been trying to google around and nothing is working. How can I do a clean install. Thanks |
