Hi, I'm a new Unifi user and would like to replace the TRG212M (Old Router) modem given by Unifi. I bought TL-WR841NDv11 (New Router) and flashed it to DDWRT. I followed the guide below to retrieve my password http://blog.amjed.me/recover-pppoe-password-trg212m-unifi/Then proceeded to setup my new router by following the guide below https://klseet.com/index.php/12-dd-wrt/dd-w...setup-for-unifiThese are my settings I have an ethernet cable from Modem to the WAN port of the New Router. Then another ethernet cable from LAN 1 of New Router to computer. However even with this setup, I am not able to connect to the internet using the new router. It shows WAN IP: 0.0.0.0 Can any one point me to a useful guide or show me where is the problem at? I don't need HYPPTV.

Get rid of the vlan 600 tagging since it's for hypptv. Also did you try following the steps here? QUOTE Taken from : https://klseet.com/index.php/12-dd-wrt/dd-w...rt-vlan-taggingGenerally the steps are: Create a VlanX with 500 tag number based on the WAN Port "VlanX" assignment Save, then Apply Setting, reboot the router Assigned the created VlanX.500 to the WAN Port Assignment Note: If cannot find the created VlanX.500, then either the device unable to support or the physical port is different. Either way it's going to be complicated, better get a device which can support 3 digits vlan tagging. Unbridged both VlanX & VlanX.500 Save, then Apply the setting, reboot the router again

QUOTE(henrytlh @ Jun 27 2016, 02:20 AM) Hi and thanks for your reply, there's no vlan option under the VLAN tagging section, what should I do next? Try eth 0.500. You don't have to insert 600 since you don't need Hypptv.

You don't have to insert 600 since you don't need Hypptv. I'm already using eth 0.500 as shown in the first post. Will try your suggestion by deleting the eth0.600 later when I'm back home. Regards, Korrupted If you're still having the problem. Did you use the Malaysia firmware? it should write "Unifi PPPoE" if the firmware is correct
