They are both priced at around RM2750.
Asus Zenbook UX305FA
Core m3-6Y30 2.2Ghz 128GB SSD 4GB DDR3 Intel HD Graphics 515 13.3 FHD Anti Glare 1.2 kg 2 years international warranty
Acer Aspire S5 i5-6200U-2.3GHz 128GB SSD 4GB DDR3 Intel®HD Graphics 520 1.3kg
+ backlit keyboard + 2 cooling fans + usb type-c
By looking at specs, it seems like acer is a winner. But is there anything I should be worried about? Its warranty is just one year and it can be extended to 3 years by RM300.
How about the battery life? The laptop is going to be just college use.

QUOTE(myway1985 @ Jun 26 2016, 10:53 AM) Pls check review.. FYI zenbook i5/i7 wif fans got cooling issues I did. But they are not helpful. http://www.digitaltrends.com/laptop-review...13-2016-review/http://www.notebookcheck.net/Acer-Aspire-S...w.164894.0.htmlhttp://www.ultrabookreview.com/5868-asus-z...k-ux305-review/Especially none of them is reviewing the particular submodel in Malaysia. Also, the zenbook i am looking at is core m and fanless.
