By looking at specs, it seems like acer is a winner. But is there anything I should be worried about? Its warranty is just one year and it can be extended to 3 years by RM300.

How about the battery life? The laptop is going to be just college use.

Especially none of them is reviewing the particular submodel in Malaysia.

Also, the zenbook i am looking at is core m and fanless.

I m saying tat even Asus got cooling issue wif thin laptop, hp envy fail too... better get fanless core m3...

im using the asus zenbook ux305, bought september last year

so far so good, bought it for assignment and internet surfing purpose

battery life is great, have no cooling issue whatsoever since it if fanless

since im not into gaming, this laptop serves it purpose well

Lightroom mayb ok.. Matlab sure problem laggy

if u are gonna use this laptop for photoshop, after effect etc i suggest u get the acer since it has beefier processor and graphic

Dont be bias, those ultra book has good cooling, no overheat, if they failed, same story will on the dell xps 13.
U cant defame the fact jjust because u want promo ur selling stock

why need comparison between these 2 models ? are't you know that both different class with discriminate pricing ?
