Yeah I was just around there at that time

Looks okay for me

I don't mind the market too, easier for me to get fresh greens

Personally I like the place. Like it enough to pay 3k adi biggrin.gif

The roads will be expanded to accomodate traffic flow and there will be a new mrt built 2km away. The station name is Phileo Damansara. Our lowest unit is actually from the 11th floor onwards. Below that will be carparks and shopping mall. Hence, the presence of the market will not be felt from any of the units. It's actually very convenient because you have an option to buy fresh products from the market and yet able to shop for higher end product at aeon living. Can contact me if you need more details. Cheers.

Market moved back to the side.

Name change from Biji to Seventeen. laugh.gif doh.gif

Fewer parking lots now. I guess they want people to park inside and pay for it (at night). doh.gif

Ask them what will happen to the market over there.  And the hawker stalls at night.

What do you mean? The hawker stalls are still there at night.
BTW, I got a friend who bought 1100sqft unit at 750k. Definitely more cost effective than getting the SOHO unit.

Having lived in this area for as long as I can remember, don't understand why anybody would pay that kind of money for a service apartment here.

When I say the artist impressions i loled hard, they draw until the roads so wide. Now we barely have a single lane to move. Then those sohai cheapskate don't want pay parking, they park in front of your house/shop until even less lanes.
