anyone know how to disable this system apps from running when I am using data? it uses a lot of my data

i have disable the 'android system' if using mobile data long ago but it is still running with the red circle icon beside it. i wonder if my data is being used or not

Btw.. I kenot control my tv.. Brand RICSON not in the list.. May be very cheap tv.. Haha
But my previous lg g pro 2 got remote sware that can teach one..

Fyi system apps also consist of YouTube. Maybe you streaming a lot 0on mobile data?

Rn3 don't have the hardware that can send and receive back or so if you want to teach it, need to use a special microusb dongle

Redmi Note 3 does have an IR blaster.
I just tried it with my camera and it works fine as a remote.

Aiya.. Oso kenot send feedback report to xiaomi.. Always error..there is china stable/dev @ global stable/dev rom is it? How can i know im on which rom?
Adoi..i very takut laa bootloop.. Coz that test point method.. Dun want buka sana sini wor
What situation when test point method need to do?
Is it the last choice to save the phone life?
