Really? I take my open water there, saw a lot of sea life there

Common ones
- clown fish
- bat fish
- butterfly fish
- fusilliers
- moorish idol
- puffer fishes (a species that won't expand and another that will)

Rare ones
- sea turtle (twice in 2 different dive site)
- blue-spotted stingray (hiding below a reef)
- banded sea snake (really wtf). Considered ourselves lucky as we just completed our dive only to see it was on one of the instructor's fin.
- scorpion fish (unknown species but you must open your big eyes to take notice of it)

Get some experience back at Tioman or you can check out Perhentian/Redang. New dive sites so you can compare things.
Get a few dives and once you are more comfortable go for your AOW.
Of course there is no saying you can't go for your AOW straight away than continue improving your skills.

Reason why I wanted to get AOW coz I want to join a dive in Malapascua, Cebu to checkout some shark or join Project Aware.

But true also, improving my skills come first. I will try redang/perhentian next to improve my skills. After I am comfortable then only I go for AOW. Thanks!

If you know exactly what size you want, I might be able to help you get it from Australia. I'll be back in 2 weeks.

Towel - ok! Will hang it in my living room to remind myself laugh.gif

Yeah there's lots of brands here, and prices are quite competitive because the dive shops have online shops.
