Then depending on brands lor. One brand maybe one type of top and one type of bottom only.
Otherwise head to Adreno in Aussieland. Their warehouse was like wetsuit fashion closet when I stepped in. |

QUOTE(F0F0 @ Sep 11 2016, 11:42 AM) Just got my OWD last week from Perhentian. I did my Theory on land, and my confined water in island. I almost gave up on my 1st confined water and wondering why pay money for torturing myself and nothing fun about diving. (not enough sleep the night before; 2 hours only and panic) LOL. Langkawi. But, I got a very good and patience DI which keep encouraging. My family booked a trip next year April, so I thought take this opportunity to dive as well. I don't wish to do my 1st dive after my OWD next year where I can't practice before hand and enjoy my dive. Any-place nearby which able to dive during Dec/Jan.? Lumut. Some dive at port Dickson too. |

QUOTE(F0F0 @ Sep 11 2016, 11:32 PM) Pulau Paya at Langkawi? PJ palm sport pool dive got their price list located on their website somemore. Depending on what equipment you want and stuffs. Have any idea how the price is? These few sites suitable for OWD? And any DC recommendation? Make sure to make booking in advance. Yea, it's suitable for OWD however the visibility can be (actually mostly) is terrible and water is greenish yellow. I'd rather save the money go Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines or east malaysia to dive. QUOTE(DrBarbarian @ Sep 12 2016, 08:47 AM) I tell the truth maaa |

QUOTE(saw2001 @ Sep 12 2016, 10:36 AM) Is it normal to have some slight discomfort on one of my ear after diving? I just completed my OWD with Turtle Bay 2 days ago. What happened was, when i was trying to equalize at 5m, my instructor pulled me down slightly to keep up with her, im pretty sure this is not normal right? If it's painful, get it checked immediately. |

QUOTE(lazarus7247 @ Sep 21 2016, 12:21 PM) Hi guys I'm looking for a dive computer. Im looking at the mares smart , zoop novo and the d4i novo. Mares Smart is easy to use and understand.I like the small profile of the d4i novo and mares smart but i have used the zoop before and i really like the clear information it gives me. Any other recommendations and any good discounts available now ? I'm a Suunto user but have also used Mares Smart on a few dives and it's very simple to understand even when I've never used a Mares before. MIDE was only a few weeks ago, Rainbow Runners was selling Mares Smart for RM890 on the first day and later on RM950 (similar to previous year MIDE price). Normally it's RM1100+. Not sure the promotion price for Zoop and D4i, can't remember but pretty much the same at every diveshop. |

QUOTE(Sham903n @ Sep 24 2016, 05:46 PM) My instructor said newbies BCD always go for Jacket type.. easy for you to relax on surface compare to back floaters (donut /wing type). If you unconscious, you face upwards instead of facing down on water.. Jacket type easier for on surface but it's not that hard for back inflate BCDs to relax on surface either. QUOTE(Felice821 @ Sep 25 2016, 12:03 AM) Thanks. Went today, unfortunately, Scuba Warehouse doesn't carry Seawing Nova. Any shop in HK will be cheaper lol.Went Sealantis, and tried out. I need to wear XS. Will ask my friend get it for me from HK, as Sealantis selling at RM922 after discount. I know Diving Express HK is selling, besides Diving Express, any others that you guys aware of so I can ask my friend go check it out. Have only gotten from Diving Express. Not sure about others. |

QUOTE(Sham903n @ Sep 25 2016, 09:21 PM) any where in KL we can take EFR? I dont wanna cramp learning EFR while doing my Rescue Diver early next year. Any city dive center that sure will have EFR courses. My friends just completed their EFR (they are not doing rescue course) with my instructor few weeks back. Depends on how fast your instructor goes, we took about 2 half days to complete. |
