I think thats Korean special dress from mog station i do have it on my main but i'm more of waiting for the flying nimbus cloud mount which is already in game data lol.

Haha yes. Teleporting will cost a sum of gil in the beginning. There's a few way reduce this teleporting expanses. By setting your home attune city to the city you always visit (like limsa), which grants you free return after CD. You can also set 3 other location as favorite. Teleporting to location set as favourite before, the cost is cheaper.
