Mods/ Staffs, we need this to be implemented. A FFKer would have this unremovable banner which shows up whenever a potential buyer/ seller visits the page. This would greatly reduce such cases and put them to shame.

If the tag is too small, many would overlook, similar to the DISPUTE tag. But this one is definitely noticeable by everyone, and therefore have a high chance to deter people from falling victim.
