if all this is happened the other way round, how will the seller feel? example, buyer agree to cod at 1 place, then seller reach 1st, seller whatsapp buyer, buyer x reply, seller call buyer, buyer turn off his phone.
it's not about scam, it's about common ethics. At least have the courtesy to inform la.  |
