- or they start payout funny things other than cash on withdrawal, like more funny points

SHAH ALAM: A Datuk Seri and a Datuk, believed to be masterminds of a get-rich-quick investment scam that promised investors a return of one percent a day, have been nabbed by police.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said two men, aged 45 and 40, were arrested during raids on two houses at Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur at about 11am last Thursday.

Comm Mazlan said the two were believed to be the masterminds behind an investment scam called Bookcoin, which promised investors returns of one percent a day and 30% every month.

Comm Mazlan said that during the raid, police seized 17 luxury watches, 35 designer bags, 16 silver bars and two luxury cars estimated to be worth RM1.05mil.

He added that police also seized a total of RM1.06mil in cash and foreign currencies as well as a Bookcoin ATM machine.

Comm added that four police reports were lodged in early August.

He added that initial investigations revealed that there are more than 200 investors who were duped.

1 more things, they handled a shopping mall name GateWay Centerpoint Seremban in the beginning in ampangan seremban, at the end they have poor management in the mall by not get more retailer to the mall by letting many shops in the mall empty. Apparently the mall has been empty almost all the times for an year already, they didn't plan properly when doing this kind of project and keep on introduce this lousy kind of MLM money by ask majority of people invest at the end just cheating people only. Many people have duped by the Dato
