Just got my car! Very happy with it

because malaysian like to use normal car n carry stuff like lorry..   

Personally, I think the first batch is technically the best batch to buy (for CKD cars at least).

In terms of assembly, the first batch will be the best. The worst case scenario is that they have probably taken your car apart a couple of times and redone it till its perfect.

Usually the parts that fail is the manufactured bits - i.e. small springs etc. which was certainly not produced for the first time, but this should be within the control limits - maybe 1% small defects - it's bound to happen on any batch.

Just finished test drive just now.....its really a superb drive...with that price cant complain much actually IMO...at first SA told me cant drive exceed 100km during test drive...was baffled for awhile...later while in the car only got to know some other branch in jb had their test drive unit crashed by customer...lol...after SA saw my driving skills only allowed me to drive above 100...haha...

That's part of the Body in White (BIW) of the car.  Typically, it's stamped and welded together on a jig by robots and not manually welded.  The "clay" you see is also not clay but some type of epoxy which is commonly used in joints of sheets for cars (even BMW's here) .  Honda should be very stringent on the specs of the BIW for their cars and it's all based on automated manufacturing process.

Here is a pic of the BIW for the 2016 Civic.  See how stringent Honda is in using different materials in the BIW for safety and ridgity purposes.

I totally agree on this but there's one very nice lady SA at Taiping Honda a.k.a Delima Kinta Honda was very polite and nice with me. Met her 2 years ago while test driving the new city alone.  That time she was still new to the field but now already top sales in her branch. Still very polite and lots of smiles. Would recommend to those who's staying around Ipoh/Taiping area for this SA. Very efficient and pretty as well. Too bad wasn't able to get my car as my HM disapprove of my purchase the new Civic...

Hear some weird noise like " wong wong wong~~" until 80kmh above just reduced. Did you guys heard such noise?? I suspect it might come from bearing because it appear when wheel start rolling.
