Well, I do not know what exactly the story all about. Wait until got people died, ain't that being too late? Perhaps you could show us what exactly the thread happening? I guess many members who reading this, still not really understand the situation. Unless, your thread is serious until being deleted. Then, I think benefits would goes to the person who suspended you. It's their judgement, after all, they are the authority units though.

Its not just about your particular statement but the general idea behind your statement. If someone should start calling a member of your family <insert really insulting remark here>, and then claim that its not possible for such a statement to be true, would you be happy should we not take action?

No my argument is not baseless, heck i didn't even argue anything. All i did was screw menj and menj deserved more than that, try and digest what his opinions are like and how he thinks (www.menj.org), you'll probably thanked me for giving him a piece of my mind on craps like him.

Besides i did not insult any (actual regular nor new) forum members that undeservingly caused my suspension on that day. You know me, i normally take it head on, confronting one to one when the person is online.
Menj wasn't even in the thread that i posted. methaphorically speaking, I was cursing his blog and his website for goodness sake. Thats why it was a figure of speech to me and i echo my stand again, He didn't die. Besides there are some (heartless) forum members who day to day insults other members by claiming they are ever so intelligent and are above all else and insults the victims whole family by posting vast numbers of paragraphs that could amount to a small book and they got away with it. HEck some of mods even support these goons as creative noob whackers and nobody does a thing about it. But here i come posting just a sentence and i got it???? Where's the love man?

I would be happy that you don't take any action because IMO, it feeds me.

Oh... for the foremost(or the simplicity) reasonable reason, ZTP already enough to put you in suspension!

Edifgrto, lay off the rhetoric arguments here. If you feel like taking this on further with dear unknown here, do it in Kopitiam with him or better still start a missive by PM'ing him, unless you do have some dissatisfaction which you are hiding behind quotes and examples.

As for unknown, I don't know from the head begins and the tail ends here. Your staccato argument (Yes, you are arguing since you're debating vehemently the reasoning behind your suspension) doesn't help with your cause either. Zero Tolerance Policy is an open definition and if so happens your sentence happens to be out of step with the staff suspending you, so be it. Why are you being anally retentive over a few days suspension? Does the your world stop rotating for those few days? This is not the first time you've argued with a staff over your suspension. Your /b/ post of obscenity for some so called "justice" was deemed against the rules and yet you defended it (vehemently again). It's the underlying principle of it. If you're perspective is different from others, fine by it. But if others differ from you, I don't suppose it's fair ramming your POV down their throats fair isn't it?
