atm u have 2 options to subscribe the plan:
1. topup from the yes dealer or from shopee and using the yes app to subscribe plan.
2. request the yes dealer to do 1 shot topup and subscribe plan using their dealer app, or can request the seller(authorized yes dealer) from shopee to do it for u.

yes app can be downloaded from play store for free.
dealer app only for authorized yes dealer.

more and more of my customers choose yes. and 70% of my sales are yes. my self have 240gb maxis for free but i have to use yes to do work koz the rest are of the telco are slow and inconsistent.
all my yes altitude phones are sold out fast.
yes, is the best choice. thumbsup.gif

certain schools may complaint about yes network. this ministry can try use umobile. he will cry soon. koz almost all schools will make complaint. cry.gif biggrin.gif

u go to the hlb. and look for the manager. and then she/he will give u a form to fill up the matter. then they will escalate for u. usually they might need more than a month to do for u. very bad hlb service.
