What is this konfem unlimited epik rm40 plan comparing to the rm30 one?

dun know when they have started to do the cap?

as my last expiry date of the konfem 4G unlimited is until 29 Feb 2020 which yesterday my experience is still the same. no difference.

anyone has subscribed to the new rm30 and rm40 plans, please share your experience especially on the youtube video streaming.

Well the funny thing is YES Customer service insist that only data is supported for IOS devices even today when I called

Either they are not trained or YES is not intended to support Voice for Iphones

Bought AT&T unlocked note 10 plus,only data can be used while sms and phone cannot.

already turn on VoTLE and change to sim card slot 1 as per yes care member mentioned. turn on /off airplane mode also useless.
is it due to i never reload any amount inside the card?

Hi All, searched through but didnt see anyone mentioning this.

I have used kasiup prepaid simcard in my LTE modem without any issues. This is the standard rm1 shopee prepaid with 10gb data.

Feeling good, i signed up for Kasiup Postpaid RM49 @100gb data.
However, the postpaid simcard does not work in the same modem. It does detect YES network APN etc, IP address also. It is showing connection band 38/40, but it just wont provide internet connection.

I took out the postpaid simcard and inserted into my mobile phone to do hotspot tethering, and found its working. Placed back into modem...it doesnt connect to internet.

My modem is an unmodded original TP-Link Archer MR200.  So far no issues with digi postpaid/prepaid. Umobile/ maxis hotlink etc.

Anyone tried and facing same issues? My assumption is they lock the postpaid sim from working in modems and routers. Else kasiup postpaid RM49 @ 100gb will clash and kill their own mobifi offering of rm45 @50gb with 12mths contract.

Or maybe my modem cacat. Only works with prepaid and doesnt work with postpaid...(seems unlikely is my modem issue)
Any sifu sifu can help if its due to some modem settings?

Kasiup prepaid can be used in LTE modem.
Kasiup postpaid cannot be used in same LTE modem. Postpaid can tethering and hotspot via mobile phone only.

at Jelutong, I check coverage map it show got 4G LTE , any1 got use "modified modem" to put the sim in for unlimited plan?

shouldn't it hard to detect? since mod modem use phone imei.

should be. i can use the LTE no problem and its an iphone 12 msia set. dont see an issue why it cant be supported

EDI: just checked their FAQ and it seems that iphone only supports it as data sim only so no text / call. lame, waste my rm1. Can't use it to register my dota account hahaha

Yup, they send via GDEX, but they requested GDEX to have someone sign as proof of receive. (Dont know if this is GDEX or Yes instruction). So my wife signed on my behalf. 
So I already gotten my SIM. Doing the port-in process, but (as usual) , DIGI is being an ass when trying to port out.

Mine luckily this morning send me (another) request to leave DIGI. I quickly replied, and by afternoon..goodbye DIGI , Hello Yes.

I think seriously they intentionally trouble customers when porting out.

In fact, the first CS agent I spoken to - Told me to reload and try again. Hell No. I'm not donating any further money to DIGI and let them bite it.
Thats why I spoke to 2nd CS and they said - it was a technical issue, advice me to retry again.

I got the RM1 yes4g sim from Shopee and just ported-in from Maxis.

Found out things below:

1. Bad coverage especially indoor, max 1 bar and sometimes no bar.

2. Cannot tether/ hotspot to my laptop, hence can’t use the data earned from Shopee.

3. I did received 10gb data once sim activated.

4. To redeem Shopee databack voucher code, ones need to top up the sim (i top up RM5 only can successfully redeem the data earned in Shopee)

Question:
Anyone know how I can tether/hotspot the data to laptop? Otherwise it’s kinda pointless for me and might port-out to Digi.

I’m using iPhone, tried plug in via USB and no response. Last time when I was with Maxis, can tether with this setup but with Yes4g no luck. Will play around again later.
