Are they competing with umobile gx 30 vs 49 unlimited plan YES 4G  , but does YES 4G support  fully 3G actually ?

So that means if there is no 4G coverage, then straight away "No signal"?
I believe there are some partnership with big 3 company such as C, D, M..

Example if U Mobile enter to the coverage which is no 4G or 3G, automatic roaming to maxis..

This is my gut feeling - since they are a small player they want to keep operation cost low. So that's why they install 4g Base Station without backward 3g compatibility . And notice that they are using TDD 4g Lte. Something uncommon compared to FDD. And from what i read - TDD operating cost is lower than Fdd.

They probably dont have the Capex like Maxis and Digi.

I've come across a major problem with Y4G.

If you buy the 8+8GB or 10+10GB add-on, the quota reported in the app is not the same as what their internal system is reporting.

Apparently I already finished the quota even though the app says I had 0.8GB left when it went to basic internet.  I complained to their helpline and they keep repeating that I finished my quota.  This is poor from YTL.  If this keeps up I might have to ditch Yes.  At least TuneTalk and Yoodo were never like this (misreporting quota) even though their network quality is not as good as Yes.

can i order online the sim? or need to go to dealer to get 1?

saw some on shopee but review said that seller didnt registered the sim for them..Usually need to sent ic photo to seller? caused when i bought yodoo and unifi sim online, didnt need to do that
