Hi everyone, there is work starting next to Wisma Zelan, at the place where the Danau Lumayan office / showroom used to be located. Currently the area all are fenced up and in the process of tearing down the old office.

These are the photos I took outside the fenced area:





No project name stated at the board but I think this is Lot 8, right?

their last project got lots of undertable going on

This is the latest info for the Lot 8 project:
1. Type A: 1100sqft - RM499k
2. Type B: 1285sqft - RM588k

refuse for danau project. My sis stay in mentari ,they face a lot of racism issue.And I got friend just move in Hijauan,the rumawip project also facing the same problem. Get morning call every day. Complain to MO complain to Danau also no feedback.

anyone know...this project under commercial title or residential ya?

apart of utilities rate, anything should consider when buy commercial title?

This is 8 lumayan right?

I heard the sales people said utilities can go to apply to residence when completed.

The showroom still empty now, not even paint yet.
But the toilet... So damn small. I know 500k for 1100 is not expensive condo but why squeeze the toilet into such a small size? Especially they can push the toilet further out.

Oh ya it's smaller than my flats toilet.

That's the only downside for me, others ok.

Visited there, showroom not ready yet.
For me, both toilets are small for a 1100 sqft.
The hall is big.
Layout so and so...small yard.

One feature that I like, is the big glass window, really big with no brick wall at all on the sides.
Swimming pool not olympic size.

Location is good.
Commercial title as told by SA.

Type B 1285sqft all sold out.
Many unit 1100sqft still available.
Choose higher floor if dont want to be block by the front project.

let say already have 2 housing bank loan, for commercial title, is it possible to get 90% loan?

I think you refer to the policy lately, 3rd house 90% loan. The requirement is more than 600k, this project 500k only

Can't get the logic of architect to make this toilet so so so damn small.

I think olympic size pool is too big for this condo, but at least they can make a proper lap pool instead of a pool for decoration. Like the pool in j.dupion, it's a joke.

Agreed with the small toilet for 1100sf. It probably is the smallest toilet that I ever seen.

Im curious also and asking the SA. He said the land belong to Danau Lumayan but no definite plan for any project yet.

Based on developer upcoming project, probably they will build new apartment, Aspirasi Lumayan. As per the master layout, seems like a high density apartment
