I heard the sales people said utilities can go to apply to residence when completed.

The showroom still empty now, not even paint yet.
But the toilet... So damn small. I know 500k for 1100 is not expensive condo but why squeeze the toilet into such a small size? Especially they can push the toilet further out.

Oh ya it's smaller than my flats toilet.

That's the only downside for me, others ok.

I think you refer to the policy lately, 3rd house 90% loan. The requirement is more than 600k, this project 500k only

Can't get the logic of architect to make this toilet so so so damn small.

I think olympic size pool is too big for this condo, but at least they can make a proper lap pool instead of a pool for decoration. Like the pool in j.dupion, it's a joke.
