Actually, busy is not the problem, the problem is that my VZ-R body panels are missing one right-hand side wheel well mudguard panel, u know that plastic piece that covers the entire inner parts of the wheel well? That's why I kept delaying the installation...
*
oh ic ic, its not swappable with ur current 1 meh? maybe just need some customization to fit since its not viewable from the outside? just to make sure it covers well?

hmm latio city vios is in B segment? or do u mean only latio?
In what perspective do u mean? how come latio can be in higher class? kinda confused hahah

By following the Japs classification I tot cars like Silvias, RX8, is in B? while A goes to cars like Skyline, NSX and the list goes on.

Hi, may I know if there is any problem that I should be expecting for 2006 Manual Sentra??
*
i`m a proud owner of 06 N16 Sentra, no major problem so far. Its belt squeking sound on cold start is the popular problem but it can be solved by changing to Japan made belt or by lub-ing the belt for temporary solution. Other than that, there is not much problem. out of 100 owner in N16.com.my, there is 2-3 facing brake caliper pin problem which can be solved easily too.

hallo guys,

i found this http://carlist.my/listings.php?id=39485

sentra 2006 63k, what u guys think?  hmm.gif

oh ya, how much u guys think is the interest rate for second hand nissan?

can tell me how's the maintenance cost roughly?

service every 10k right? per service usually how much (in normal shop lar, no need Nissan authorized centre, sure cut throat one)

sorry for noob questions, as i'm a girl, so mostly that's all i know  blush.gif

do add things that i should know, if i missed out anything, tqtq  blush.gif
*
dont worry the maintenance is very reasonable smile.gif for a normal service, it cost me rm40 for labour in TC (cut throat as u mentioned) i bring my own oil and filter. If using theirs its around rm70-80 for both smile.gif

My suggestion is go for sentra with ABS.. My tyres lock for few times when emergency brake and nearly got accident!
*
Actually it depends on people. If you know how to apply non ABS brake in the correct way, it can be as safe as the ABS while it stop much faster than it in most (not all) circumstances

Mayb I dont know how to use the brake without ABS, hahaha..

But if you have the budget, why dont go for ABS??
*
i think it depends on people. To me (i duno bout others) non ABS pedal feel is much more 'real' which i can adjust the level more confidently.

QUOTE(am3 @ Jul 31 2009, 05:36 PM)
but the abs system auto pump more rapidly than our leg can, right?
*
yes u r right, but pump faster doent means better. you dont have to actually pump when you dont need it, such as in straight line braking, of cos without jamming the brake.

QUOTE(rkwan67 @ Jul 31 2009, 05:41 PM)
i second that... should b abs faster than leg... haha.. that my personal thought. i tried b4.. the time i skipped, i cant really do respond of pumping my brake dy.. i almost too frighten to do it i think.. while abs doesnt have that problem thou..
*
the stopping power will be much better than ABS brake if the guy is not panic by slamming all the way down. imagine a 100% braking power compared to a very fast lock n free braking to stop in a straight line, which is faster? hehe but of cos most people will also panic in emergency smile.gif dont tail too close then.

QUOTE(ktek @ Jul 31 2009, 10:18 PM)
use the money u get discounted from ABS to buy better tyres
so you will get less wheel lockup +have fun in the corners biggrin.gif

100% agreed !! thumbup.gif

the standatrd for sg model rim is 14 right?

seems that the tire is too small and combined with snra heavy body cornering is not very confident.

whats  a good ture and rim size for sentra? how much?

Added on August 8, 2009, 3:23 pmwher does sentra user hangout in cyberspace? any sentra forum?
*
if u r looking for comfort + good FC + performance + upgrade i suggest u 15" light rims. 17" is more to look + good cornering, but it will drop ur power + increase FC. however if u r between that, get 16" smile.gif as for your question, N16 owners are welcome to join www.N16.com.my we have events and TT every month and some events in time smile.gif

Hi,
i'm trying to put in a new muffler on my n16, 2006. but since my car got the nismo bodykit and the rear skirt is too low. if i put the muffler any lower it will hit the road bump.

looking for the option to cut the rear skirt a bit to have like a muffler hole, anyone has tried that before? but when i look at it, the rear skirt is being pivoted right infront of the muffler. so cannot cut or it will not hold the skirt. do i need to find a new rear skirt with muffler hole?

i saw some picture by Gan in this thread before. it was really nice looking bumper and muffler.
*
hey bro u can cut off the skirt a bit like half the circle of the tail pipe. A few of our members did that, its pretty cool.
