State Wisconsin so excited... gave them a lot of tax breaks, land (buying back the land from private land owners)
also invited them for photo opp, plant trees.etc..

Then they got stiffed, Foxconn realized it is not feasible.. State of Wisconsin got mad.. took back subsidies.
Now trying to sell it to Microsoft for data center at much lower price.

Biden's one, so far the Arizona (TSMC first fab) was building in progress and production this year.. but let see how it goes.

I think all these companies realize they can say anything to please the current administration.. then when they're gone (4 to 8 years max), quietly will move away the very moment the ROI is not there.

Sometimes, it is very difficult to time everything it. Best is if you have target price to go in..just get in small batches until you've a full position.

I think Broadcom itself has always been a US company but they just move things around to present
an illusion that they're US domicile again.

A lot of the manufacturing still are outside the US.. the design work maybe in US,
but fab,etc... still cheaper outside.

Yes, no matter what NVDA still profiting by selling its chips.

Those trading vehicles are leverage.. and yes, they do decay and their expense ratios are high.
Not for investment but people use them for short term trading vehicles if they don't want to use options method.

Trump wants Fed to cut rates but instead he puts on Tariff which is inflationary.
How to cut rates when inflation remains high? Eggs prices in US are 4x higher than in Malaysia - minus the exchange rate.

Unless US is in recession - which officially is two consecutive quarters of negative growth.
I think it is probably on its way there but data is backward looking.
We may not have the real numbers until September.
