QUOTE(SWAT_GARNET @ Aug 27 2016, 10:47 AM) I come from vip5 and called tm to upgrade for 30mbps package since thursday last week. They said that speed upgrade in 24hrs. until now i still get old speed, 3.5mbps download speed, only upload speed increase to 10mbps, as per 30mbps package. Already called tm about this, they said they already done the speed upgrade, and asked me to restart router. I already restarted router many imes already, no increase speed. my bill cycle is already 30mbps. what did i amiss? sry for long post You should restart modem instead of router isn't it? Unifi asked me to restart my modem but not router when they gave me the free upgrade to VIP10 for RM149 |

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 28 2016, 12:33 AM) QUOTE(denimblue @ Aug 28 2016, 07:04 AM) Your statement is false. Do not mislead others. This poll on IPv6 says otherwise. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=4028012 There are plenty of users, me included, who does NOT have any problems at all using IPv6. QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 28 2016, 08:41 AM) Ok. Still the possibility of this problem happening is high.I cant watch a youtube video smoothly while the IPV6 is on. QUOTE(raynman @ Aug 28 2016, 08:46 AM) If it happens to you, it doesn't mean it applies to everyone. I don't encounter any issue while using ipv6 too. Everything is still normal for me Please be careful next time not to make pronouncements like this. Newbies may get the wrong idea that they are not supposed to enable IPv6 in their routers. |

QUOTE(FuNks @ Sep 18 2016, 07:06 PM) There is quick internet setup page in the router management that you can just enter the details and you are done QUOTE(cheekian @ Sep 18 2016, 08:08 PM) If you have limited budget, just take TL-WR841N from TP-Link,I also want consider to take this, technician just came today and he also told me that go to change router yourself if you feel no good. Archer C5 quite recommend for 30mbps as well if you have more budget. I was using TL-WR841ND previously and the connection keeps dropping. At first I thought it is a problem with the router so I sent it for warranty but it is still the same after replacing a new one. Ended up I bought a new asus router and I have been using it for one year plus and it is so far so good.If anything wrong, hope somebody do correction. And does somebody use TL-WR841N? Does the router stable and good although it is cheaper? |
