Hey, i got the same problem too... Randomly the internet will stuck and the HyppTV will too. Turn of everything and let it rest for hours and turn back on, it stay ok for about 10mins to 1 hour before dying again.. the dect phone still works ( make and receive calls ). Called them, replaced the Modem from white one to the Silver one. It stay ok for 1 week before die again . Today, they replaced my Modem ( again ) and the Router ( DIR-615 ) to RGX4400 ....
Is this router good?

I have another problem , NAT problem...
the icon stays yellow at Vuze... i have enable unPUP, but it's still yellow?

Just realised this here says my Router cannot get port forwarding... http://www.serverlink.com.my/Router_Configuration- The strange thing is see on my torrents health is either yellow or blue and vuze says i may have NAT problem. Not sure how to fix this thing. previously DIR-615 have no issues. I have problems with my torrent I don't seem to be uploaded anything at all.. my speed is blank.. Settings in both torrent client is Original untouched, and reset to default. Attached thumbnail(s)
