My office's Unifi VIP5 was upgraded to VIP10 without us being informed or our agreement and the contract was extended another 24 months.

Then best will be to let d foreign telcos in and compete.

Hopefully this will kick their butts, but some have slowly battle, free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10, free video etc. and like what the article said:
