Yes, all astro channels has been removed from hypptv started on 1st of august, i received the notification sms on july 22nd from TM regarding the astro channels remove, and we also discussed it here about 1 month ago....

got the new Archer C5 from TM... rclxms.gif

Here's the story, Last Thursday my phone line totally no dial tune at all, so i make a report. today the tech come to troubleshoot, at the same time i also complaint to them about the poor coverage and slow on streaming the youtube video by using dlink Dir-850L, Then the tech give me this Archer C5. thumbup.gif

Good service by the tech although delay few days to come to solve the phone line issue.

explained in my last two post. not sure all contractor got this archer c5 or not....as the tech came today told me this is they 1st unit they give to customer...

You can try call 100 to complaint about the wifi connection issue, 1st they will try to solve the problem through phone, if still cant be solve, they will send a technician to come over to solve the issue.

But it depend on the tech whether to change for you and whether they got the C5 on hand

For my case. when the tech come over to solve my phone line issue, i told the tech that the Dir-850L coverage not good, then he just give me the C5.

i located my C2600 on the middle of 1st floor. all corner of 1st floor manage to get full 100mb, on ground floor, middle of the ground floor manage to get full 100mb too, front and back of the ground floor can get around 60-80mb. My house build up size is 1200sqf x 2.

As for C5 i manage to get full 100mb on 1st floor, for ground floor i didndt test yet, but it sure better than Dir-850L, as Dir-850L cant get full 100mb on certain area on the 1st floor.

the wifi performance it all depend on your house layout. maybe for your case is different.

PS: tested with Samsung S6. my friend old iphone 5s cant even get 50mb on 1st floor, around 5m away with a wall in between the router.

1st log in into your router, then select mydlink, register if u dont have mydlink account yet, then sign in

2nd, download mydlink app or visit mydlink website to block user. below is the step for mydlink app and mydlink website to block user.

You using vdsl(through telephone line) or ftth(full fiber)? if u using vdsl then u cant upgrade to 100Mbps, as tm vdsl cannot reach 100Mbps.

For those who having problem with ipv6, u can go to below link to test and diagnostic the problem with ipv6 enable and solve the problem base on the diagnostic result.

as for me last time i also having issue with ipv6 enable, slow loading on certain website, after i run the test, and base on the result i find out that my firewall block ICMPv6. once i unblock ICMPv6 in my firewall, now ipv6 work flawlessly for me...

Yes, free for 600 minutes. Once over 600 minutes, only free for tm fixed line to tm fixed line. Call to mobile will get charges.

i have the same issue as u for the last few weeks....last week i complain to tm...yesterday they came and changed the new hyyptv android box for me...so far no issue already...last time i was using the 1st gen hypptv box.
