preload started a week d, but alot of issues... did u install latest windows update? u also need to link ur xbox live acc i recall... im almost done downloading its 72.3gb insize...

as i said for me i use external link capture using IDM, internet download manager, in store own download it fail me for 4 days ... reset download ...sad... and mad....

My windows is up to date. Thanks for the advise. I will try again tonight. Big file is not an issue to me since I have a very good broadband in my place. Downloaded 52GB Gear of War UE in only 2.5hrs. I should be able to download the whole game in just about 4hrs++.

I have also received the bonus but the game itself. I can't seems to find the install button for this game. Game not listed in Downloads and updates. There is one "Manage" button on Game store. Clicking the button bring me back to home/Apps/Games page which didn't show Gear of War4. However by selecting show all, it is there but is a ordinary version not Ultimate Edition. Clicking on down arrow button to initiate download, a stupid message prompt out something happened on their end???? What does this mean?

MS Store is the worse store I have ever dealt with. Shit.

I mean the main game not the bonus. I couldn't find the ultimate edition in my hidden list but the ordinary one. And even try to access the ordinary one, it will prompt for the place to download to and then the dreaded message "something happened on our end" try later. Shit

please make sure you have the anniversary update and use clear the store cache as i've shared before. but if that does not work, then there could be other reasons and u need to refer to the official forums.

Have already tried but still nothing. Such a garbage store front from MS no wonder they are loosing out to PS.

go to store app, search gow4 and click link to store page.u should see install button if u already login with ms account.

Tried that as well. It only show "available as part of bundle" and no other button to press.

Malaysia.

Now chatting with MS support online. She suggest me to refund and repurchase again. I think this is the fastest way to do so without going thru. all the troubleshooting again.

Update:
Refunded and repurchased again and the game start to download now. However, why the downloading version is the ordinary one instead of the Ultimate Edition one? I thought I have purchased the UE.
