There is a big Chinese Cemetery before the junction going up the hill of Bukit Antarabangsa. People will not realise there is a cemetery there as its “hidden” by the “environment”.

Well, I'd say that they can be anywhere. See this condos surround the cemetery ground in Penang. One is sharing fence. Well, the condo is well occupied 
Shop house owned by my family also got ghost. There was a Chinese family selling ice-cream living there for several years. Yes, he said there are disturbance but I guess he managed
Saw many amulets sticked around. My brother sometimes slept upstairs when coming back hometown. That time the Chinese family no more staying there. He told me that one night he woke up and saw a lady with long hair white clothing just sit there near door, just about 5 feet from my brother. My brother just told her not to disturb him sleeping. Then continued to sleep until morning.
