I'm a skeptic when comes to ghost & spirits but this experience changed my perspective. Let me share with you this encounter that happened 2 years ago.
(Prior with these incident. There were couple of times Waze lead me to drive thru cemeteries in order to avoid heavy traffic. The cemeteries are the ones behind Tien Hou Temple beside Federal Highway. Was shocked at first but learned to enjoy the peacefulness thus took this route periodically. Ain't sure if the bad energy was drawn from there and attracted some unwanted attention.)
Here's what happened. I drink once a week with buddies, the session usually ends after 12 midnight. On several occasions while walking towards the condo's lobby, started noticing the elevator's door opens automatically when I'm about 10 - 20 meters away. Do note the elevator don't come with motion sensor, doubt there's such advance feature in Malaysia plus mine is an old condo. When one had too many drinks, you don't really care or react, just wanna get home asap. Anyway, it happened so often till I stupidly started reciprocate by saying "Thank you" after entering.....a show of gratitude to an invisible "friend" awaiting my return, totally unaware the consequence that comes later. For your info, made some observation and the lift works perfectly in the day.
Life goes on as usual, till one morning when my wife encounter this weird incident. Here's what happened.......most of us have the habit of checking mobile devices once awake, yes? Well....that's what she did, but what greeted her sent chills down her spine, staring at her was picture of a tombstone smacked in the middle of a cemetery, appeared to be painted blood red in colour. Her initial thought was some sick jokes sent by a friend, with that in mind, went straight into photo gallery to locate the source and combed all albums, folders, Whatsapp etc but to no avail. After she proceed back to home page, the picture was gone, disappeared without a trace. She shared this to me shortly after I'm awake. The fear on her face was undeniable. Before this incident, there were occasions where she would stepped out of shower to check of I've been singing in our adjoining bedroom. However, at that material time I'm either watching TV in the living room or doing some stuff elsewhere in the house. As a skeptic, brushed it off, came up with some logical answers by telling her the sound is likely coming from vibration of water piping, air draft or her imagination.
A week after the "Red Tombstone" incident, sickness fell upon me, was bedridden due to fever, bodyaches etc. One morning, for some reason I was awake at 5a.m, must be due to too much sleep prior to days of recovery. The sky's still dark, I laid in bed staring at the ceiling heaving a sign of relief, finally feeling better, enjoying the peace and tranquility. Our room was totally quiet as we had all windows and thick curtains closed. It didn't take long before the peaceful moment was disrupted by a soft humming noise. The noise gradually became clearer when I strained both ears to pin point the exact location, then it dawn on me it's coming from within our bedroom. After several mins, the muffled humming noise became more distinct. As I listened on, the skin starts to freeze............it's the voice a lady. Can't exactly hear what she's trying to sing but it sounded like she's humming some old Shanghai era song, repeating the same phrase, at times she'll paused only to start over again.
We had stayed in this unit for several years thus very familiar with our surroundings, therefore able to identify if sound is coming from interior or exterior of the unit. At that moment, I turn to checked if wife is responsible but nope, slept like baby. After a while, I've concluded the voice is coming from the adjoining washroom. The singing went on for at least 10 mins, it's quite muffled as the doors were made of solid wood. Managed to muster enough courage, walked towards the door but it stopped the moment the lights went on. Opened the door and there's nothing there. Feeling puzzled, I went out to the living room, sat on the sofa trying to digest what actually happened. Frankly, I was really spooked thus didn't wanna step in the bedroom at that moment. Since wife was asleep, didn't wanna scare or wake her up. Only shared with her the details while out for breakfast later that morning and she suggested to seek the help of a medium.
During consultation with medium, he advise me not to blabber nonsense at night and don't stay out too late. Didn't go into much details, gave us a list of items to prepare and instruction to follow, one of it was asking my wife to wear a gold anklet. We no longer stay there and had moved to a new place, during our last 2 years there, my wife was diagnosed with hibernoma in the brachial plexus, a very rare tumor with only 5-6 cases reported worldwide. A year before we move out, I had a blackout upon entering the toilet, face smashed onto toilet bowl, broke my nose, nose bridge split opened, plus a deep gash on my lower lips that required stitching. It all happened at 5a.m too. I'm a healthy person with no particular illness and I do weights training frequently. Body check-up reveals nothing and doctor said report looks good. First blackout in my life, blood all over the toilet and still no idea what's behind it.
I guessed this place no longer suits us, even though we've built lots good memories here.....time to move on. From now on, when it comes to house moving, we'll make sure all preparation were done accordingly and pick an auspicious date. Our house moving coincide with the ghost month as we were in a hurry. On that very day, my wife's ovarian cyst ruptured, there's 2 cysts and one measuring 16cm in diameter. She have to spend several days in hospital instead of our new home.
