I used to join a Christian fellowship and attend church back in my university days. After I graduated, I lost touch with some of those Christians friends. One day, I somehow reconnected with a guy friend from the fellowship, and we decided to WA voice call since we hadn't caught up for some years.
He called me from Japan, and said he was under a scholarship doing his master's there. We were chatting halfway over the phone, and I suddenly felt something wasn't right, so I asked him straight, "Eh, is your place there haunted? I feel something odd." (He memang knew I had this spiritual ability).
Him: Wow! How do you know? You can sense it?
Me: Yeah, I feel so uncomfortable right now, like something dirty is near your place.
Him: Ya! The unit opposite my condo unit is vacant, and it's haunted. We can hear strange noises from that unit every night, like, things rolling on the floor, or someone dragging the chair, and some footsteps...
Me: You'd better pray for protection. Do you have your Bible with you? Come, let's pray together. I will pray for you.
& I did. We prayed together over the phone, and after that said goodbye to each other.
It was hot in the afternoon, so I turned on the aircon and fell asleep. Guess what? While I was sleeping, suddenly I heard a woman laughing in a high-pitched voice like a witch next to me. aaahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaa like that. Super high-pitched and sharp voice, right next to my ear. I jolted from my bed and looked around. The room windows were all shut and the aircon was running. Nothing unusual.
That's when I knew the ghost from Japan had come to kacau me. I scolded it kaw-kaw and prayed. I also voice-messaged my guy friend and told him to really protect himself by cleansing his condo unit and putting up some protection items.
The following few nights, I got harassed by different Japanese ghosts.
Firstly, while I was sleeping at night, I felt something staring me in the dark, so I opened my eyes and saw a tall dark figure standing in front of my bed. I immediately recognised that it was a samurai ghost because of the shape of the helmet and armour (could see with some faint light from neighbour's house, in the dark). I closed my eyes and prayed to Jesus, and when I opened my eyes again, it disappeared. I summoned angels to watch over me, and I continued to sleep.
In the same week, faceless female ghosts in white robes appeared in my sleep and oppressed me physically (sleep paralysis). I fought them off in my sleep by calling out to Jesus Christ, and prayed in my heart since I couldn't open my eyes nor move my body. They disappeared after that.
I wasn't scared, but highly annoyed because they would only attack at night. I then cleansed my room and smeared anointing oil, and prayed to protect the whole house and my family. Things were calm after that.
