Why people bought in this project? Look like the execution plan by developer very weak...
Hope developer will sell back their remaining undeveloped lands to Sime Darby or others reputable developers...

Bad news for the previous buyers. The developer now gives -28% discount to new buyer.

The nett price for 2 rooms is now 250k only (cheaper than the rumah selangorku), while 3 rooms at 280k

I tot xiamen u students mostly stay in the hostel within d U? So nt much demand from them for condos/apartments in sunsuria?

Maybe some competition from serenia city dsl also?

Yes, XMU students mostly stay in hostel. They have quite a few blocks of student hostel, there are pretty well furnished and priced reasonably.

From 393-400 psqft, the price is medium range. Not cheap. But much cheaper than Bell Suite, Olive Suites.
Rental whole unit around 700-800, while by room can get 1000-1300 depends furnishings. Need to top up around 400-500 per month. Tier 2?

The HTC is just beside the prop, and below is the highway dust, sound..need to on air purifier every day.
For own stay I think good, choose higher floor. But lift will be quite crowded..not enough.

For investment, it's long game 10-15 years.But it's Freehold.location is great, 6min drive to ERL, 28min to KL Sentral.This area I think will be hot again, once all around future development starts, airlines company, future students intake,got good cash flow can buy lor..

Didn't noticed that "TANGERINE SUITES" is service apartment, which meant commerical rate for utlitities ...good luck
and last view on this could see so neart to the HTT...good luck.
