3. Usage - Android studio, visual studio,python, eclipse,netbean . ALL programming IDE.Graphic rendering sometime

256 SSD if possible
14inch or 15inch
I7 processor(?)

Lenovo ideapad 700 is good. But just wonder that i dont gaming, high graphic card seem not necessary to me. Should i go for light weight as Dell Vostro 14 V5459?

i dont think it's possible to have 256 ssd with that spec you preferred with that budget.

add another ram up to 8gb also can boost the performance.
