1. No brand preference but please no Toshiba and Asus. Got really bad experience with them
2. Budget 3k below
3. Usage strictly for work (excel, word, etc.), mild gaming like csgo, dota2 for me to play
4. Light to medium weight, not too bulky till can't fit in slingbag
