Thanks.
Latitude range looks nice smile.gif, might consider
Inspiron looks thick tho, and it's plastic.
hp spectra looks good as well.

How about Vostro range also look sleek as well, but its 14" tho..

Hi,

Looking for laptop for playing dota 2. Budget less than RM 2,000 the cheaper the better. Done some research and found Lenovo Ideapad 310-14IKB 80TU0036MJ (RM 1,899 from TechHypermart).

Any other alternative I can consider? Thanks.

Hello everybody. Im looking into buying a laptop, budget is 3k to 3.5k. For gaming and productivity. So far I have my eyes on Acer Aspire V Nitro Black Edition (i5 6300HQ and a 960m RM3.4k) from Techhypermart. I heard it has below average battery life, can anyone give their opinion on the laptop or suggestions? Thank you.

1. Preferred Brand: Anything nice
2. Budget: Not over 2k
3. Usage: Office, Chrome, Adobe PDF viewing, SPSS, movies. (may be at the same time multitasking)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 13.3" below
5. Other preference:
a) at least 8GB RAM/upgradable ram
b) ssd/swapable hdd with ssd.
c) light weight, gonna carry around cafe and college.
d) not lag when multi tasking.
e) low than 1.5kg.

Currently having Dell Inspiron 11 N3710 in mind, not sure if it's the best choice. I've done my own research and couldn't get much info out of Intel N3710 variant.

Hi sifus, pretty much a noob so here goes!

Preferred brand: not really but atm much inclined to Asus
Budget: RM3k++++ (not final but should be around 3k territory)
Usage: Gaming, possibly coding in the near future, light video editing
Screen size: 14/15.6"
Others:
lightweight is a plus, not a must
Doesn't get too hot to the touch(place where you rest your palms and etc.)
SSD is preferred, or a combination with HDD? How does that work?
Keyboard with nice backlight

Did a little research, quite interested in the Asus rog gl5502 model but it is slightly over the budget, thoughts?
Thank you so much and have a good day ahead!

Have just noticed that the ASUS Zenbook UX501VW and the ROG G501VW appear to be the exact same machine with a different body...

Anyone know how hardy and long lasting the Zenbook might be (or the ROG for that matter)?
The specs are nice, but I'm concerned such a thin body is going to make for trouble...
