I rest my case for my moto Z.
Wifi reception and latency beyond my expectations. Moto Z hardware is unbelievable.
I only get 100mbps using same wifi on moto Z2 play. its like rocket engine with after burner vs turbo charger.

No news for Z³ Play and Z³ going to a global launch? So far only the US & Brazil market is getting it.

The latest Moto camera app update for my Moto Z Play is very good. Pictures taken with it looks very crisp, sharp and bright. I like it.....

Agreed, the quality now improve a lot, the focus also accurate.

Anyone know how much it will cost to repair cracked screen ? Dropped it the other day, the frame got dented near the sim slot and cracked the screen. Btw, where is the moto service center in pj/kl ?

Here my thought after owning and maximum use of moto Z since official launch in malaysia ( 31 October 2016) until now.
Model Moto Z (XT1650-3) software channel retapac .
Android – 8.0 Oreo build number OPL27.76-71-2-3
I change battery once since moto z have a plague deprecated battery ship out and they never admit that.
I own sony xperia XZ3 and can make a honest comparison between this two high end and different generation launch time.
Moto Z is a beast and ahead of time. Ambient display implementation is the best.No android OEM can beat moto display period.
You can swipe to preview, swipe to unlock devise in lock screen ,reply message ,acknowledge message all in ambient display mode with out dive deep through the apps.
Notification reply using moto ambient display is top notch .
Mobile network, first class. Switching between 4G and 4G+ is breeze, No hiccup what so ever. Carrier aggregation works and signal receive is super strong compare to sony xperia XZ3.
Really moto is king in mobile connection network.
Wifi connection is first class. The range is unbelievable . Implementation of Dual-Band Wireless WiFi 802.11ac is rock solid .Band switching channel in simultaneous dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi Channel bonding is super fast. Sony Xperia XZ3 fail miserably on this one.(it cannot switch automatically).
All said above is like compare night and day between Moto Z 2016 technology implementation and late 2018 sony Xperia XZ3.
I done a test with my asus RT-AC88U router . 7 meter wifi range reception ,moto z link speed is 866Mbps compare to Xperia XZ3 only 480Mbps.
What a charm moto Z.
Moto Action (chop to torch light),Moto Voice is all time winner. Noise cancellation during phone Call and video record is superb.(Moto Z equip with 3 noise cancellation mic.)
Where Sony Xperia XZ3 have upper hand , Sony Bravia engine is first class. rec vision 20.20 screen. Video recording slow motion 960fps 1080HDR , No other smartphone can do that. HD call ,provide the other caller support to.
Fell good to ad more if i discover some.
I really cannot believe 2016 technology can still trump late 2018 spec sheet on android 9 .
