is the latitude and vostro both only HD, and not fullHD ?

that alone is good enough reason to not get it

It depends on your needs really.

If you are a gamer/multimedia user, perhaps Inspiron 7559 is the way to go.
If you are a business user/college student, perhaps Vostro 5459 (which i am also interested to get one) is for you.

as for me, i would choose Vostro 5459. Why?

1. Lighter. 1.5kg vs 2.59kg (inspiron)
2. Better battery life. ~7hours vs ~4hours tops (inspiron).
3. Pricewise, vostro is cheaper. RM3,399 vs RM4,999.

My preferences are more towards portability, longer battery life.

But i wonder, the vostro is only HD screen, but using IPS matte, since it mentions anti-glare?
