My usage of internet passes are very irregular due to the nature of my job. I need to travel overseas from time to time therefore 2GB for 30 days is sometimes way too much for me. However when I purchase the lesser data passes like 600mb for a week it automatically purchase another pass after 7 days. How do I stop that?

Hi, is there anyway that I can deactivate the auto top-up from overseas? I mean I purchased it while I was back home, didn't realize it is an auto top-up. Now I want it to be deactivated because I am overseas and not using it. Thanks.

You can cancel it through *100# MMI code, u can find it in Internet Passes section. for saving your time, u can simply dial the shortcut. *100*2*2*12#and then it will ask ur confirmation to cancel the auto renewal, u have to reply and send 1 to confirm it. note: the shortcut may change from time to time, so if sb else see this post in the future time, pls ignore it... Looks like you can't use the said shortcut code when overseas. Try this: From the first screen, choose 00 for Menu Utama instead, then from there find the options until you see one for *100#. From this *100# then find the mobile internet option to go and stop the auto-renewal.

TAC is sent to the hotlink number, no problem to access the app, but there is no option to stop the auto-renewable pass in the app. Anyway, my credit is already lower than what it needs to renew my weekly pass now. I will settle it once I go home. Thanks everyone.
